2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us, name, work email, company and the message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Usage data, basic, anonymised information about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type). Aggregate counts are collected without cookies via Umami regardless of your choice; session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity run only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not collect special-category data, and we do not ask for it. Please don't include confidential business information in the contact form, a sentence or two is plenty to start.

4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, for example email and form hosting, and only as needed.

Where data leaves the EU/EEA or India, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, if relevant, to manage an engagement, then we delete or anonymise it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to stop using it. EU/EEA residents may also complain to their local data protection authority. US residents (e.g. California) may have rights to access and delete data and to opt out of "sale", which we don't do. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month.

8. If You Are in India (DPDP Act 2023)
We process personal data of Indian residents as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You give consent when you submit the contact form, and that consent is limited to the purpose stated at the point of collection. As a Data Principal you may ask us to access, correct, complete, update or erase your data, withdraw consent at any time, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with us before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.
