- Contact details you give us — name, work email, company and the message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Usage data — basic, anonymised information about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type), only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not collect special-category data, and we do not ask for it. Please don't include confidential business information in the contact form — a sentence or two is plenty to start.

4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example email and form hosting — and only as needed. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). [List your processors here.]

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, if relevant, to manage an engagement — then we delete or anonymise it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to stop using it. EU/EEA residents may also complain to their local data protection authority. US residents (e.g. California) may have rights to access and delete data and to opt out of "sale" — which we don't do.
