How many users can we have?
As many as you like. Every plan is a flat price per workspace with unlimited users. The product only works when the people closest to the problems can log them, so we don't charge per head.
Is advisory included in the plan price?
No, and that's deliberate. Plans are software only. Advisory is sold separately as fixed-scope engagements so you can see exactly what you're paying for software and what you're paying for people. The full platform is free during any engagement, and basic access to your deliverables stays free for life after it ends.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 90-day trial starts when your workspace is created and needs no payment details.
What happens when the 90 days are up?
Nothing is switched off automatically. Your plan only changes when we agree terms with you.
Can we move between plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Raise a request from the pricing page and we make the change.
